Printed at a professional quality photo lab, your photos will come printed on card-stock like photo paper in a matte finish. If you'd prefer a gloss finish, let me know!

The professional photo lab I use, "features high quality canvas material that's hand-wrapped around a solid wood base and frame." Images are printed on a "laminated and UV-protected surface" so your images never fade over the years!

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes, I absolutely do! I’m always excited to photograph love stories in new and meaningful places. For travel outside the Hampton Roads area, I simply ask that the client covers roundtrip airfare (Southwest Airlines preferred) and two nights of standard lodging — something clean, comfortable, and conveniently located like a mid-range hotel or Airbnb.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Delivery time for the full gallery via an online gallery will be available within 3-4 weeks. A sneak peek of 10-15 images will be delivered via an online gallery within 48 hours.

How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking 8–12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. That said, if you’re planning something last-minute or off-season, reach out — I may still have availability!

Will you help us build a timeline?

Absolutely. I work closely with couples to build a relaxed and realistic photo timeline — so the day flows smoothly, and you get the best light for portraits.

How do we book you for our date?

To reserve your date, I require a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer. Once those are in, your spot is officially yours! The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

Can we send a Pinterest board or inspiration photos?

Yes, feel free to send inspo! I love getting a sense of your style and vision — but my priority is always capturing your day as it naturally unfolds.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! Once the retainer is paid, the remaining balance can be split into monthly or milestone payments to make things easier. Just let me know what works for you.
